Training Plan 1 - 12 Week Base Training Plan for Cyclists (Hr/RPE)
This base training plan is perfect for beginners and intermediate level cyclists that are short on time but want to build a solid aerobic base as well as improve their overall pedaling and exercise efficiency. This plan has a total weekly training hours of 3-6hrs and is 12-weeks long in total. This plan features smart trainer/Garmin and Wahoo compatible workouts
and is based off of heart rate and rate of perceived exertion. The plan includes documents that fully explain the terminology and everything you'll need to easily follow the plan.
